Willie Sparks was one of the veterans we interviewed in 2008 when we traveled to Minneapolis for the 492nd Bomb Group Reunion. Sadly, he folded his wings just before Thanksgiving, giving me pause to reflect on his life and service.

It looks like a trailer, smells like a trailer, but it's called a teaser tape. Why? because trailers are for films attempting a theatrical release and teasers are for projects that are being pitched to cable net executives.

Paths of Hate — I Love it!

As a full time employee of the Dallas Film Society, I've been turned on to an animated submission called "Paths of Hate" which features a WWII dogfight that is exactly the style I've been dreaming of for my CREW 713 documentary. Check it out and I think you'll agree!
